Registration

To begin the registration process, you have to proceed to the designated Registration page “s'inscrire” And follow these steps:

• Fill out the registration form accurately
• If you're a PhD student or post-doc, you can submit your abstract by checking the box "I would like to submit an oral presentation or poster"
• Submit the registration form

Once you have finished, you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration request.

Abstract for talk and poster

Presentations will take the form of a 15-minute oral presentation (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions). Posters must be in A0 format. All presentations and supporting materials must be in English.

Presentations should be tailored to a broad, interdisciplinary audience, focusing on key concepts, context, and recent advances rather than technical details.

File names for presentations and posters should follow this format: first name–last name–oral or first name–last name–poster.

You will be informed at a later date whether your abstract has been accepted.

Deadline

The deadline for abstract submission is set for March 2nd, and for registration March 13th.
